Can I return or exchange my order?
If you've received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item, we'll make it right.
Because every JUSTENOUGH product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Preference for a different design or color
- Accidental orders

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
